Shipping policy

Last Updated: September 24, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to eligible purchases made through the House of DECCO Marketplace operated by Bluetrade Building Materials, Inc. ("Bluetrade," "we," "us" or "our"). For returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed subject to product availability, payment authorization and order verification. Typical processing time is 2–4 business days.

Large orders, palletized orders, custom products or orders requiring special handling may require additional processing time. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

2. Shipping

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before shipment where appropriate.

Orders may ship from a DECCO facility, Authorized Fulfillment Dealer, warehouse or other approved fulfillment location. Depending on order size and destination, shipments may be made through parcel carriers such as FedEx or through LTL/freight carriers.

3. Free Shipping

Where advertised, qualifying orders of $1,000 or more may receive Free Shipping subject to the terms displayed on the Site.

Free Shipping only applies to MicroCement Collection, Tools & Accessories.
Free Shipping does not apply to the SABBI Collection.

Free Shipping promotions may be subject to geographic, product, weight, freight, service-level or other reasonable limitations disclosed in connection with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, expedited or special delivery services are not included in Free Shipping.

4. Delivery Estimates

Transit and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside Bluetrade's reasonable control may affect delivery.

Bluetrade is not responsible for losses resulting solely from delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

The customer may be charged, to the extent permitted by law, for additional costs caused by customer-side delivery issues. These include incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, missed freight appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, redelivery and storage.

6. Freight and LTL Deliveries

Large orders may be delivered by LTL freight.

Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery location can safely and legally receive the shipment. They are also responsible for arranging appropriate unloading equipment or personnel when required.

Some accessorial services may result in additional charges unless they are expressly included in the purchased service. These include liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access delivery, residential surcharges, appointment services and similar services.

7. Inspecting Deliveries

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

For freight shipments, visible damage or shortages should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt or BOL before signing whenever reasonably possible.

Photographs of the shipment, packaging, pallet and damaged product should be taken before material is moved or discarded. Failure to document visible carrier damage may affect the ability to recover from the carrier.

8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, contact House of DECCO promptly at info@heydecco.com. Please provide:

  • House of DECCO order number;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs of products and packaging;
  • quantity affected; and
  • carrier documentation where applicable.

Where a shipping claim is being evaluated, do not discard products or packaging until instructed to do so.

House of DECCO will determine the appropriate remedy after reviewing the circumstances, subject to applicable law.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the order enters processing. Once processing has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom, tinted, made-to-order or otherwise specially prepared products may become non-cancellable earlier, once production or customization begins.

10. Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment does not automatically constitute an approved return.

Costs arising from an unauthorized refusal may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law. These include return freight, redelivery, storage and related carrier charges.
