Yes. Selected DECCO MicroCement systems are suitable for exterior applications when installed over a properly prepared, stable substrate and according to the recommended exterior system build-up.

MicroTop RTU is an excellent choice for many exterior applications. MicroTop MAX may also be selected where additional performance is desired. The appropriate system depends on the substrate, exposure and intended use.

For walking surfaces that may become wet, additional slip resistance should be considered. The appropriate finish should be selected according to the location, use and project requirements.

Moisture conditions should be evaluated before installation. Where moderate or high moisture is present, additional moisture mitigation, such as the DECCO Epoxy Moisture Barrier system, may be required before applying MicroCement.
